Default Help me with my routine.

MY lower body is significantly lacking behind to my upper body.I want to train my legs more so they can catch up.

this is my current routine.

Mon: Legs
Tues: Chest/triceps
Wed: Off
Thur: Back/biceps mornings, Shoulders at night
Friday: Legs

On leg days i do squats, dead lifts, and machines.

maybe instead of two leg days...you should have a squat day, and a deadlift day. and support them with one legged movements...as those tend to put size on the wheels.

What did you mean by support them with one legged movements? like do leg machines?

single leg squats, bulgarian squats, walking lunges, lunges, reverse lunges, stepups, stepdowns, single leg rdl's, single leg box squats.....

Leg machines are pretty much awful if you're an able bodied person.

If you are going to do four days anyway, try:

1: Upper, push dominant
2: Lower, hamstring dominant
3: Upper, pull dominant
4: Lower, quad dominant
