Damn, I won't have believed u did that many sets if u had told me that two days ago. I met this kid who is trying out for the semi pro football, and he was doing ten sets of each excercise, about 10 excercises a day. Oh god, I walked up to him, and we had a long ass talk, and now I got him to do only 4 sets with higher weights.

haha thats nutz....i just got so much endurance i would workout all day lol. On another note i took everyone's advice and split up my workout through out the week...i started today and imma see how it goes. Thanks everyone

Hopefully the split goes well. 3 hrs is WAY too long. you were most likely overtraining. I would be beat after a 3hr session. workout for 1 hr, and use the other 2 for something more productive, like eating, or making widgets, plotting and scheeming.

That one got me. How about counting the toes, or hiding behind desk and playing mission impossible, or picking ur nose??
