help needed on body building
hey guys, im new to this i just need some help on what to do. Im looking to get into body building, im currently overweight but fat ive been on exercising n dieting and have lost 10kg so far im 17 years old and 6.1 and weigh 95 kg, i just dont know weather to stick to my diet till i get to 80kg and get skinny then build up the muscle from there or to start body building training now even though ive got fat, ive heard that the muscle will just build up under the fat??
shall i take protien shakes etc?
