Default help please

hello i'm vincent from Belgium.
i have a serious question.

i 'm working out again , now for 4 months.
didn't train for years because of an injury.

I'm am 41 years old i'm 5 f8 1/2inches talll
my weight this moment is 171 lbs

my body fat % is 18% ( with skinfoldcaliber)

my question is , should i cut or plan an maintenance diet or bulk.
my goal is some like everybody i think.
gain mass and cut in body fat.
but i don't know what to do first.
some say cut first
some say hold on a maintenance diet , work out heavy (like i do already) and do 3 to 4 times cardiosessions.
others say bulk for 1 a 2 months and then cut.

What should I do?

I would do a week on fat loss and one week on bulking up. It works.

bro bulkup first and then go for cut like professional way. or what you can do train heavy for mass gain and cardio everyday it will maintain your muscle and burn your fat. try kris gethin's 12 weeks workout plan for body transformation it really work bro i tried it works.
