Well, when I'm lifting those two hours. I lift a set, take a few sec break, lift....do about 4 sets of 10 reps or so on the lift. I go and get a drink of water, about a 8 ounce glass of water, I intake about 4 of these a work-out.

Main thing I'm lifting for is this, after my Mission, I wanna go into the Marines, so yes, I wanna look like the Sprinter.....going into the Marines for a lengh of 6-8 years here.

Is this normal? I feel at times when I get home from school, I just wanna sleep, usally I eat a apple when I get home, watch t.v for a few mins to get my brain off of being focused on school. Then I go lift....but all of your info is great.....how long and how much miles should I run? I tend to go run a mile and a half every night. Thanks for your time.

Soon I should have a job, should I stay at home and lift? Or is it good for me to get a membership at a Golds Gym? Golds is about a 5 min walk from my home. Can any one link a site where teens should go to for lifting tips, correct procedures in lifting, ect., thanks for your time.

Damn, if u have a gold's gym 5 minute away from home, u should run over there, that way u will get ur cardio out of the way. Working out at home is not the best idea, unless u got money to buy a lot of weights.
