around 14 and a quart stone, and 6'

i did this last night, but got inflammation from it on my chest

10 curls
10 dips
10 crunches

circuit with no rest for 6mins 30 seconds

so i did
10 curls
10 dips
10 crunches
no rest
10curls
10 dips
10 crunches
etc

for 6mins 30sec quite brutal, but didnt get much of a pump, so i might change curls to pullups instead.

If you really like quick BRUTAL workouts visit Crossfit.com -- do it for one week then let me know how it went, and if you still like quick BRUTAL workouts. Also as a disclosure you can not judge the workouts by just reading them off the main page DO THEM!! You will gain strength and endurance -- I did that for a while when i lost my way, then came back to heavy weight lifting, just cant give it up!!

Cheers pal, well I got the idea for my workout from the cindy workout uno 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 squats and repeat for 20mins

With my workout ill go up to 10-15 mins and increase the reps or change the exercises and start back at 5mins etc

Is it a good idea to burn fat and gain definition?

Michael

Just don't expect to gain any muscle. If you're doing something that increases your BMR a lot, then of course you'll burn fat also.

You said you varied the Cindy workout, but crossfit isn't the same workout over and over, then it looses the whole concept behiend it...... You have to do the WOD's in order like their posted. It's not going to get you huge, but it helps build endurance and strength. I am in the Military, it is very popular for Spec Ops because it keeps them lean and strong, which belive it or not is more desirable than a big buly individual. (not that anythings wrong w/ that, its definitley one of my goals!!)

P90X=GAY...dont even bother.

And FYI, and for anyone else reading this page Crossfit would NEVER NEVER NEVER have you doing any Bicep Curls...........

there about total strength, and muscular endurance.

If i misspelled a few words i dont care, it happens :/

^^Have you ever given it a fair chance? Besides that; it is for people w/ different goals than yourself. If my goal was to become orthopedist would it be right for me to say that some one training to be an orthodontist was stupid.

Some people have other needs than getting huge, there is also an advantage to being small quick, and compact. Especially in a war zone.

Like i said, personally i like bodybuilding/strength training. On the other hand you shouldn't knock something you haven't tried or don't know to much about; which is an assumption on my part because if so i doubt you'd call it stupid.

**nothing personal either wolf, just on my mind. :S
