Hey guys I am new here and would like some pointers from the more experienced workout guru's on this page...Anyways, I am trying to burn as much fat as I can without losing a lot of muscle so I am sticking to more traditional compound exercises.. Here u go thanks in advance..
Monday Wednesday Friday
Dumbbell Bench Press----3 sets 8-12 reps
Stiff-leg dead lifts (dumbbells)--3 sets-8-12 reps
Shoulder Press (dumbbells)-3 sets 8-12 reps
(Superset all three exercises)
Squats---3 sets 8-12 reps
Inverted Rows--3 sets 8-12 reps
Dips-----3 x til failure
(Superset all three exercises)
After I am done doing this as fast as possible I do 15-25 minutes of HIT on the treadmill or eliptical..
100% ON whey Protein before and after workouts..
