Default done 5x5, now what?

ive completed the 5x5 program that i read about. i think it was a great program to improve srength. highly recomended.
ive gained alot of strength by it, gained about 12kg on my bench. so im pretty happy.
now what do i go onto to do? any suggestions? would i go back to doing a weight that i can push 8-10 time for 3 sets?
do i start to cut up now that ive done a bulking stage? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
dale.

What do YOU want to do? If you liked it that much, do it again.

Changing some of the exercises used, not the program is what's important.

It is good to change every couple months, 5x5 is a 9-10 week program. If it made you happy run it again.

I'll concur, if you are still gaining using that program then why change it? if you stall out, then you will want to change it up.

Default training

I cycle my 5x5 training routine with 5 weeks on and 2 weeks off the 2 weeks off training is using lighter weights and higher reps more shaping movements! YOU should also modify your diet so your on a cutting type of diet while your 2 weeks off 5x5 then go back to 5x5 and up cals again. Brian

i'll agree that you should scale back your wieghts after a 5x5, there is no such thing as a "shaping movement".
