I've been lifting for a few months now. Doing some compound exercises, but now I'm looking to focus strictly on compound exercises. I've heard highly of the SL 5x5.
But my issue is that I see so many people talking about it online, but nobody has posted a definitive routine for the SL5x5. I've looked for hours and found so many different variations I want to start with the original.
Any opinions on other beginner 5x5 routines would also be appreciated.
