Horse shoes..
I have been searching for a couple of days and I can't seem to find articles on training Triceps. I want horse shoes hanging off the back of my arms, big ones. Could someone point me in the Right direction?
One of these days I will figure out the search engine on here and I won't be asking as many questions.

The trick is to do bench, squats, and deadlifts until you hit the magical 3,4,5. Or better yet, 4,5,6.

Hrumph, there is a lot more to training than the big three lifts.
Frankly, I would work on dips. It has been my experience that dips utilize the triceps much more than bench pressing. straight arm pullovers are another good upper body move that will hit the triceps as well. Granted, neither exercise qualifies as much of an isolation move, but that is what works for me... and I really don't train for physique or hypertrophy, it just kinda happens as a side note to my training.

Well I know dips are great for your tris but you're not going to get far if you're only training your tris. What I was trying to say was train the big movements to get your body in the growing mode and then throw in some extra tri work if you feel thats what you need to really focus on.

Not to pick on you IW...
But stuff like this. I see it a lot. Not sure where the idea came from that you should start with such a bare bones setup. I recognize that most people start on the 90% isolation routines that muscle mags put out there, but going 90% compound isn't necessarily the answer either.
Why so serious? Oh, you know... my time of the month, my parents didn't love me enough, I got sand in my vagina... you pick, they all make me crabby.

I would say dips are a bigger movement than bench. All things being equal I think that a new trainee would get further training dips heavy and using bench as a supplemental exercise, rather than the other way around. But people have this weird fascination with benching.

i feel you AC. there are people who can bench 300 and up and cant do dips or pushups to save their lives. but if you get good at dips and pushups that def equats to the bench more IMO.
and i feel like OH pressing is better than benching
