Default inner pectorals

here i am with another newbie question. been trying to work on bulding my pecs, just doing pushups, bench presses, and dumbell flys. was wondering which of these, or any other exercises, would be most effective. also i was wondering if there was any variation of the aforementioned exercises, or anything else that would work more of the inner parts of my pectorals.

The answer you're probably fishing for is cable crossovers and close grip bench. However, there is nothing that'll work a portion of your muscle.

As with your biceps, your chest is determined by whatever your parents gave you. Now, if you can actually flex your "inner" chest without flexing the whole muscle, then you're an alien, and cable crossovers are a good fit.

Your best bet is to continue to increase the poundage on your compound pressing, and hope your parents didn't screw you over.

I'm gonna sound like a complete nut job, but the only time i ever feel my inner pecs pumped is when I do close grip pull downs after i hit incline and flys.

now i didnt say its making my inner pecs grow, but i do atleast feel a pump.

As of now my MMA training is BJJ (gi and no gi), Judo, Muay Thai. I'll start Boxing this sunday. We have a wrestling class at my school but I can never get the time to go.

I train here. And I haven't competed yet, but I'll most likely starting this summer.
