I am a proponent of using 1 gram or more of protein per lean body mass. 175 should be enough if u have about 25% BF.

If you're trying to loose weight, I suggest when your whey runs out to get some whey isolate.

Not really looking to lose weight as much as just lose fat and gain muscle. I'm actually hoping to weight about the same or maybe lose about 10 lbs when I'm closer to my goal. My BF % is what my main concern is.

Yeah that's what I meant. Actually in most cases, when people drop bodyfat and increase their muscle they do drop some weight.

Ah..I see.

So, refering to my previous post...does 2500 sound a lot better for what I'm trying to do? Am I taking these Supp's correctly?

Looks fine to me. The only thing on your supplement schedule I would change is your glutamine consumption. I'd take 10 grams after you workout, then another 10 grams right before bed.

Thumbs down Help....me....i'm....shrink-ing

Not enough protein dude,

Half or more of your meals don't even have any protein in them at all.

I know a couple of guys have mentioned protein already, but I think it's can't be stressed enough. You should be taking some in with every meal.

If you don't, you'll hit your single digit body fat alright, along with your single digit body muscle too.

Then you'll end up looking like Mr Burns from the Simpsons.

LOL

Are you refering to my first post or my follow up post that states I'm intaking 200g + protein? Is that what your saying is not enough?? Read my follow up as I had made some changes recently and let me know off that one.

Talking Ahhh....yes....

Oh, I see...I had not ummm....read that far....I....I....have the attention span of Robin Williams on crack.

I only read the first couple of posts, then everything got all muffled like when Charlie Brown's teacher starts talking "Mowa-mowa-mowamowa-mowa" and I figured I had better reply before I passed out.

Okay, after reviewing your diet, I am less inclined to believe you will end up like Mr Burns....more like Barney.

I apologize for my previous post.
