Default ripped or massive

I would pick being ripped or being massive. Obviously it would be ideal to have the correct mass with some cuts. I think it depends on how a person holds "mass" on his/her frame. Some physiques look better with a little extra padding. If you are too lean you run the risk of looking like a marathon runner (emaciated). Unless I am getting ready for a show I don't need to be 3%BF.

Haha...Barney for the win !!!!

Anyways...thanks a lot for this input. Hopefully, I'm now on the right track as to NOT look like any Simpsons characters ;p. (cept Ned! He's ripped!)

My Goal is 8% BF @ 205-215 lbs at 6'-2". I'm assuming those statistics alone would = a pretty decent body that I can be happy with.

Any other tips or suggestions are always welcome...I'll be trolling these boards everyday to learn as much as I can because I'm sick of looking at myself in the mirror having a so/so body =/
