Deadlifts make everything bigger. Bench press works primarily shoulders and triceps.

It's all good...we all have to start somewhere.

Heavy compound movements and proper diet will do the trick.

Capone, I used to think that preacher curls and standing curls would grow bi's, but that was until about 6 months ago. Ever since I heeded my coach's advice, and I stay away from simple arm exercises like skull crushers and curls, I have noticed some gains. Keep in mind that when I only did curls and skullcrushers, I NEVER, EVER saw any type of results, or even soreness during the first few sessions. Stick around here, listen to the guys here, eat well, and enjoy the increased strength/attention you will get from your newly expanded muscles!

I barely do isolations now and have had my best gains ever for my arms based primarily on heavy (and I do mean heavy ) compounds and proper diet. Now that reminds me......time to eat......
