Default How do I get more toned.

I use to weigh 280 now I am at 247.5 according to the digital scale at the gym. My chest, traps, lats & delts, back, and arms are starting to come into formation. I went from being sloppy fat to solid but still have belly left mainly upper belly. I was taught to lift heavy and correct forum. Now I want to shape my structure tighter. i always do heavy sets, if i need to do more sets with lighter weights, how should I go by this. I want to bulk and strentgh and tighter sculpture.

The main thing is diet. What are you eating?
You want a balance protein/carb/fat 40/30/30. Beign almost 250lbs I would say that if you were eating 2500 cals you would lose weight(to start ) and go from there.
Cardio is another thing that you are going to want to do. It will help tone you up.
