Don't be scared of carbs either. Protein is alright, maybe a bit low. But play around with your diet, if you start seeing too much fat gain then reduce something slightly. Diet is largely trial and error and everyone is different.

yeah, i'll definitley play around w/ my diet and take in more protein too. I've always been afraid of gaining to much fat and i guess thats why i've never gotten really big either, do ya'll think (is it 0311)'s 5x5 split on the stickie board will be good for me?

The 5x5 program definitely works and you will see good results with it. Good luck.
