Default How fast?

Hello everyone, I'm new here as you probably deduced by not having seen me around.
I'm going to need some help from you guys.
My goal is definition and minor weight loss I basically need to get from

this

to this

as fast as possible. I don't want to use creatine or stuff like that, but I am willing to work as hard as it takes to get there. If anyone could give me some pointers or maybe even a workout routine I'd be really grateful.
I have worked out before but the lack of a predetermined workout schedule made me tone it down after 2 or 3 months. I would rate myself somewhere between Beginner and Intermediate (like, 4-5 out of 10, 10 being a guy who has been working out for several years)
I currently weigh around 88 kilos and am 191 cm (about 6 feet 3 inches) tall
Any help very much appreciated.

I generally do like 12-20 reps with 20 kilos on the bench, 12-15 reps with 10-15 kilos when squatting and like 12-15 reps with 20-30 kilos when deadlifting

you need to grab a barbell....load it with weight...drop the reps down to 4-7 reps for about a year...and eat like crazy.

did you have a routine in mind? I only really do whatever pops up in front of me and leave when I get too lazy or tired. so my schedule right now is not very "structured"

i'm not a huge fan....but look up rippetoes starting strength on google. it's a great program for beginners putting on size and muscle...i would change a few things....like starting out with front squats instead of back squats until you get the hip mobility to back squat properly without putting your lower back at risk.

P.S.

You're going to need alot more then "definition and minor weight loss" to get from "this to this."

The guy in the lower pic has far more muscle mass then you. You need to focus on your eating, train with structure and discipline, and you will probably have to use some supps like protein and maybe even creatine.
