Default How to get bigger

Hi

I want to get bigger, more and bigger muscles and to be ripped. I want to know howi can do this. I go gym 4 times a week at the moment but i dont feel im progressing. im 6ft 1ish and now 90kg. What are the best workout routines for this?? i see other big guys and i want to be like them but find it hard to get there. How many exercises per muscle group per workout? Should i have saw muscles the day after workout??? How long does it take to see results?? I need mega help to get mega muscly!!!

Thanks

eat plenty of whole foods for 3-500 calories over your maintenance level...and lift heavy things...stay away from bodypart training...as it will not help you. stick to big compound exercises.

Muscle gain starts in the kitchen. If you diet is crap no training in the world will make you grow. Why don't you post the diet and we will take a look at it.

As the others have said, you may not be eating enough. You also may want to train only 3x a week. 4 is not necessarily too much, but the extra rest day may help.

Soreness is just a byproduct that sometimes comes with training, but don't worry if you are not sore. Be concerned with getting stronger week to week--that is a much better gauge of your progress.

One more thing--be patient.
