I think they say not strong compared to their size. Pound for pound they're not strong when compared to powerlifters/strongmen

RC is a fuckin animal though

True that. My buddy who is 21 years old, 5'9", 177lbs, squatted 750 in a meet in Ohio a few weeks ago. It was his first and only attempt at squats in the meet. My buddy that went with him said he could have squatted +800 if he had attempted it. There was no need to though.

Ya RC in the offseason is probably ~300lbs. Maybe more? What a F*in beast.

Ross, your friend is a monster ...

RC is as well, I dont think I could step out of the rack with that much on my back.

I have to agree with you there. I sat and watched it and thought about what it would be like just stepping away from the rack with it. Some guys are beasts when it comes to squating and some aren't. I guess I'm middle of the road. Nowhere even close to this though.

I agree, RC is awesome! Marc's got the record on shoulders, doing 600 lbsx5reps on smith shoulder press. But, Ron is impressive! Have y'all seen the vid. of him doing deads? He does something like 700X2 reps. From what I've heard, Ron's got some type of power training, at least to some extent.
