Here is another tip on losing fat. Don't do isolation routines like inner/outer thighs. They won't strip off fat. Routines that are isolated along with flyes, reverse flyes and arm curls will nto hammer at fat because they target only small sections of your body. not only is minimal work being generated, the fat burning hormonal response is not all that great as a result. The real solution is: Concentrate on working large muscle groups with "big"exercises like barbell presses, chest and shoulder presses with dumbbells, pulling movements and squatting motions.
