I am motivated by results.

So, if your program sucks and your diet sucks you won't make any progress and you'll be frustrated.

BUT if you're hitting the gym regularly and eating like a moose then you'll be making gains and it's easy to stay focused and motivated.

these are good tips. Just for a day by day motivation > Inspirational videos and music. It always works for me.

Keep it fresh with multi veritable training

Change your exercise mode
-one day all cable
-or all dumbbells
-or all machines

Change your music often

Train with different people

Train at different gyms

Put a bunch of workouts in a hat and pick one so it’s a surprise

Workout outside with a sand bag

ect
