My guess would be <185 lbs at <8% bf..I just looked through a bunch of Abercrombie ads. When you have lower bodyfat, you appear bigger..Not to mention that the camera adds 5-10 lbs to your frame.

Really depends on the model, but I would go with 0311's estimation prolly around 185 maybe 190 tops

They all look like skinny little rails to me. If they weigh that much then they must top 6 feet like Hardgain says. It also depends on your frame...how you wear the muscle.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

You must also remember most of those guys don't have any leg muscles. So it's all upper body.

Damn, that's a good point. I'd venture to say they don't have much back development either...that's most of your weight, legs and back.

I'd say less than 185....I'm about that at 6' tall and I have kinda dinky legs and a moderate back...but I'm bigger looking than alot of them

Default Model Dudes and Real Dudes

Hey troops,
I think the guys in Mens Health and the like are into busting hump on
arms and chest and training their abs like crazy. I always notice they rarely show thier legs or wear those shorts that bag down to their knees. I have no qualm about looking like that. I say, if it makes you feel good about yourself then do it. For myself and all us old salts, I like big solid legs and a wide back with funky traps but that is for me. I'de say most of those guys weigh about 185 to 200lbs. Now once you start rocking heavy squats and putting some mass on your legs and back your are gonning to naturaly head up to 220 or so. That is the biggest difference I see with the madel guys and the hard core lifters, not saying the model guys don't lift serious just a different objective.
