Default How much for muscle mass

Hey Guyz In a weeks time i am starting again the 5x5 mass routine ,this routine is really great in gaining strenght but i didnt see much gains in muscle mass. I have been reading and its says that reps from 1-5 are for strength and power from 6-8 strenght and muscle mass and from 10-12 for cutting and speed power blast

So my questions is " Is the 5x5 the best workout you can get for muscle mass" or should i increase more the reps to 6-8 ?

Please any suggestions
THANX JAY

No gains = Not eating enough. And going from 5 reps to the "magical" 6-8 reps won't matter. Just keep focusing on getting stronger by progressing to heavier weights while putting MORE of a focus on eating.
