Default how much should a person bench press max increase a month?

Is 10 to 15 pounds good? or am i doing something wrong? i do bench press twice a week. i don't take any kind supplements like protein shakes. i eat a lot of junk food, at least once a day. Most of the guys i talk to in the gym claim that their bench press max increases 20 to 30 pounds a month however they look a lot smaller than me in term of muscle mass. My height is 5'10 and i weight 220 and my arm is 17 inches. My max bench is 275 pounds. I have been working out for almost 2 years.

If you're going up 10-15lbs per month, then you're doing great. The newer you are to lifting, the better the gains.

Just think how much better you would do if you ate a good clean diet. Although your doing ok now as ross said it wont last forever.
