theres a few stickys in the training forum that can give u ideas as far as creating a new workout plan. remeber just to work hard and put in as much effort as u can, this has done miracles for me as far as developing fast. the only way to address your stomach fat is lowering your body fat percentage overall, noone believes in spot reduction. you just need to do cardio and youll get results. your stretch marks can be handled with mosterizing the skin where you get stretch marks. from what ive found the reason why stretch marks occur is because the skin becomes dehydrated and somethings with collegen, but for the most part its recommended to mosterize your problem areas. aslo try to shoot for drinking a gallon of water each day, sounds like alot but it helps your body and also helps all of those vitimins that you should be consuming get everywhere. i think that pretty much summerizes it. also look into the nutritional forum for stickys there on cutting, doing a ckd diet, and just learning more about nutrition overall...its important

A good way to get rid o stomach fat is an oil called CLA. It is a natural oil that comes from sunflower seeds. To get rid of love handles, take a broom stick and lay it across your shoulders. Lay your arms over it and twist as fast as you can without moving your head or legs. As far as arms go, do light weights with alot of reps. Forearms can be enlarged by doing wrist culrs. In case you don't know what that is, it is when you lay your arms on your legs and curl some form of weight back towards your stomach. Remember just use your wrists and nothing else. Good Luck.

If you want to improve your arms you need to work the whole body. Do squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts. Overtraining is your biggest killer. One bodypart per week. It's a free for all on the abs, you can do those several times a week and then get a good diet. All the working out in the world will do very little unless you have a good diet in place.
