Default 16 year old bodybuilder looking to bulk

Hey, my names kevin. For the last year and a half I have been lifting rigorously, and although I can bench 250-275 my arms are lagging behind the rest of my torso. If someone could write me a split, and suggest some supplements that would be amazing! My strengths are my traps and chest, weakness arms, and back is average.

Well with out some kind of leg routine you are only doing half the work and will get only half the bennies.... What is you diet like? sounds like that could also be a problem.

NO LEGS = LOW GH PRODUCTION

Why be jacked up top, but twigs from the waist down?

How often do you train your arms? Since the rest of you is growing I am concerned with the possibility of overtraining. Or maybe your diet.

If you are a bodybuilder as you call it then I ask you: Have you seen any of bodybuilders these days with small legs? No. They all have tree trunk-like quads. Or at least the ones that win.

If you want to be a bodybuilder as you say you are then I highly reccomend you find some way of doing squats. Where that be get a rack at home or get a gym membership. Whatever it takes. Also, read the stickies. I can't remember which one it is but it says "Most athletes/bodybuilders should live and die in the squat rack."

and since you have a bench that means you have a bar. so thta means you take the bar off the bench an dyou do deadlifts, regular ones and sumos. stiff legged deads.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to try to start squats at my friends house. How should my diet look? Right now I go for lots of protein, healthy fats. And supps?

Don't worry about wasting money on supps right now...buy a little whey if you feel you must. Read the "How to bulk sticky" in the nutrition forum.
