Yeah, definately use the calc at the HST site. Just remember, manually change any values that are 0. I forgot to before I printed it out and closed the window. Now I have pen on some of it to adhust in 5lb incriments or smaller throughout the tier. I am surprised at how much I have liked HST. But then again, I enjoy lifing in general.

One thing to do with legs when light. Make sure your form is on key. Try to go deeper, maybe push harder. If you start with 100 push it like it is 400. You will feel it real quick doing 15 reps. I havent trained with that many reps in a while. It was different.
