Default HST Question

I have looked for the answer to this question and have not found it. If i have missed it and am waisting space, I apologize.

I am getting ready to start a HST program. I want to make sure that I do everything properly to get the most out of this program. Do i need to do the movements/lifts in any specific order? ie. leg movements together, chest movements together, back movements together, etc. Or is it OK if i move them around? ie. bench press followed by squats followed by military press etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I would keep your squats first, but thats my personal preference. I think as long as you do the big compounds first and keep movements like bicep curls or tricep pressdowns til the end of the workout then you should be good to go. You can always look at my HST journal or other members HST journals to see how they are structured as far as exercises go.

when i did hst, i made it all-compound..

so for me, i used to perform exercises like this:

1.) legs (sqyats - as Kane suggested)
2.) chest
3.) bench
4.) legs
5.) chest
6.) back
7.) triceps or chest
8.) biceps or back, but mostly biceps

just my 2c....and i agree with kane: read other ppls journals...

best of luck
