If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

No, I was trying to be serious (for once). All those T-Nation guys coming up with all these weekly programs..And people think that when a new one comes out that it'll be the greatest invention since sliced bread.. People (not saying you Anuj) talk about those programs like the gains will magically appear..And all they have to do is show up to the gym and the program will do the rest.

this isn't new anyhow, guys on the HST board were training 6 days/week 2X/day for growth a couple of years ago.

but it is idiotic, nobody squats and deads that often. not unless they take years to work up to it. And waterbury thinks people cna get there in 8-10 weeks. He's as retarded as anyone who listens to him.

a lot of people are going to ge very overtrained listening to Waterbury and trying to do this

Great link! I missed that one. I think the basic point T-Nation tries to do is to pimp their neural recovery drinks and whatever else they sell. Hence is why halfway through any article it says something like: "So the point is to avoid overtraining with my protocol.. That's why I also like Powerdrive to drink after I'm done with my routine."

Definately no '03' hype either!! All I do is regurgitate what people have been doing since the dawn of bodybuilding -> Eat, lift heavy weight, and eat some more. That's also what people fail to understand..
