Yeah.

Train in a completely unrealistic manner, until your body is ready to fall apart, and then drink this miracle recovery potion that we've so gratiously provided for sell.

As for the hyping, I agree, hyping is what gets us into trouble. But I must defend you against your own humility, 0311. So I'll quote a great sage:

"Knowing is not enough; we must apply." - BL

I think it is your application of those principles that you "regurgitate' that separates you from some of the so-called gurus floating around.
