I agree with everyone, but would also like to add this. I wouldnt just deload at this point, I would drop your wieghts down significantly, then plan your progression for the next 6-8 weeks, making the 7th and 8th weeks new PR's for you. Jump your major lifts 5 to 10lbs a week, and eat eat eat. You will see strength gains.

A typical deload lasts for a week. I wouldn't rest any longer than that due to atrophy.........

You're not 'resting' during a deload. You're usually lifting the same weight, you've just castrated the volume of your workout.

I don't think atrophy would be a problem during the deload since you're still lifting, and I don't think its a problem when we're talking about a couple weeks.

The OP was very vague. He may be displaying a decrease in performance for those lifts and if that's the case atrophy won't even matter since he's lost ability from the actual lifting.
