^^But in context with the OP...He's looking for size and strength, not recovering from an injury. And pull-ups is one thing, but the advice given was for 'no matter what you're doing'.
I want to be clear. I'm not trying to shit on you Anuj, nor am I trying to say that what was posted is bs in general...I'm saying my posts should be left within the context of this thread and only this thread. That being said, had this scheme been put in as advice for someone recovering from an injury, like you mentioned, then I would say its alright. If it had not blanketed all exercises and had been specific with the exercises (pull-ups as you mentioned), again I might have said it was ok.
I'm still gonna stick with my guns and say that in this context its useless advice.
