Default I bought a cross crunch

does it work i saw it at wallmart it only cost 20 dollars so i bought it does it work ?

why would you buy it first and then ask if it works from other people? Seems a little backwards.

If you still have the reciept(?) take it back. If not just use it and see if you get any results.

lots of stuff out there on the market play on peoples desire for a "quicker way" you will get the same or better results imo just doing crunches, if you want it a little tougher throw a plate on your chest and do them that way.

I agree with the others. I'd say for 20 bucks it's not a terrible thing. It'll give you some variety and it has resistance, right? Something that provides resistance is better than what so many people do which is 100's of reps of crunches or situps after their body stopped responding to it a long time ago. But it's not gonna be a miracle and I wouldn't rely on it exclusively. One drawback I could see is range of motion. You're unable to get a good stretch in the abs region. Another drawback is it's probably gonna fall apart on you.
