Default i broke my collar bone, recommend me something to do

im 5' 10'' 142 pounds

i broke my collar bone about 1 month ago, the doctors note told me i could resume everything after 4 weeks.. so im trying but it still hurts. Can you give me some exercises or training i can do that i can stil work out with without strainging my collar bone an awfully lot

oh by the way, i broke it on the left close to my shouldure, i think thats why it hurts more then normal because usualy u break it towards the middle, and i got a complete break right up against the shouldur joint

I've broken both collar bones over the years and shredded a rotator cuff (pitching). To this day my shoulders are stiff - as a result I do a lot of stretching and warmup reps before hitting any weight that directly involves the shoulders (bench & mp). In other words... are you warming up properly?

hmm probaly not, but sense the accident all i have done lifting wise is 25 pound dumbell exercises, and im limited to which ones i can do with my left

and the bench motion kills
