Maybe just 20 mins every day to everyother day probably around to what you should be doing.

True dat Except that when I do wind sprints it looks more like a breeze sprint Slow skinny mofo. ;)

I wanted to run like 2 miles everyother day should I add sprints at the end or in place of 2 miles just do sprints.

Interval training is good too:

Jog for 5 mins
RUN for 1 min
Walk/jog for 1 min
RUN for 1 min
W/j 1 min
repeat 2 more times
Jog 2 mins

This is a good 15 min workout. And RUN means RUN, not just jogging faster. You don't have to sprint, but really let it loose.

There's a lot of good stuff about the benefits of interval training on the net if you do a google search.
