Well since you don't care there Mat then don't let the door hit you in the ass. LOL, I shouldn't have resigned the modship, it's a small joy, banning a prick, but it is a joy. What has really pissed me off, however, is not the comment directed toward me but the fact that you added that "lame" smiley after the quote by me. That makes it look like I used that smiley and I would never do that.
Didn't mean for the thread to get sidelined, Pirate, because of my suggestion. But there's always a db around looking to be tough.
Didn't you say that you had intentionally brought up your body fat level, along with some lean mass, from around 7 to 10 to 12 percent? (Which I think is a good idea). And I know you've talked about trouble eating enough. So I wonder if you really need to be overly concerned with cardio to keep fat off.
At this point, you've brought up you fat levels and if you get any fatter then you are simply eating more calories than necessary. Try to regulate the diet..and maintain that bf level you've set. Go by body comp. If you're gaining weight but you are able to keep the bf level pretty much the same or a bit lower...then you're good.
The reason I say that is that it's almost as if you plan on eating more than you need, based on what I know of your history. I'm not saying no cardio.
That could all go out the window and you could find that fat gain is a problem. Right now I'm assuming you're a naturally thin guy who has to struggle to gain weight. But it could be that you're a regular guy who just never at much. So take everything I said with a grain of salt.
On the subject of topic names you don't have to be creative and clever, just specific.
