Default I need help!!!

Recently started doing my own little programme that consists of the following:

D/B Curls
Tri PushDowns
French D/B Press
Butterfly Curls
Incline D/B Press
Lateral Raise
Lateral Pull
Underhand Lat Pull
Bent Over D/B Row
Standing D/B Leans
Leg Curls

I have attatched pictures, one of the equipment i'm using and one of myself. Please have a look and advise on what i could and maybe should be doing to get the results i'm after.

I also have no idea what and when i should be eating either, i know

I just wanna be and seeing results that will make me

Doesnt seem to be to much going on for the legs lol. Post your training routine so we can see what your working each day. Also post your current diet, that will help us disect it better..

Also give us some sort of idea of what your goals are (gain size, lose fat, etc.) and your current weight. That should help us give you some feedback.

Hi and thanks for the replies,

I do all of what i've listed above on alternate days, ie: Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Diet wise is mostly fish, chicken, past & rice dishes at meal times (6pm) and lunch consists of mainly fresh meat sandwiches (cooked ham etc, etc)

Two things i would like to achieve from this, losing weight and massive muscle growth!!!

At the moment i estimate my weight around the fifteen stone mark, give or take a couple of pounds.

I really do not know what i should be doing to get to where i wanna be and reading through postings for info gets rather confusing with terminologies and the lingo that i'm not really understanding unfortunately.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post and advise me as best you can, it is really much appreciated.

hard to do both at the same time as one goal requires reduced calories and one requires increased calories.
