First lemme say this will prob be a long post so excuse me for that I will try to make it as readable as possable.

Im looking to get some input on my current workout plan. I got it from www.animalpak.com and I really like it however I sometimes feel it might be lacking. Id like to some how get squats into it. Let pull downs: 3 x 10

Barbell shrug: 3 x 12
Db shrugs: 3 x 12
Upright rows” 3 x 12

Day 4: Arms/Calves

i would ditch everything on day 3....but that's just me. throw in some back squats....and romanian deadlifts....and then a single leg movement too...should cover it.
