I'm trying drop weight and build muscle. I'm a big guy, 5'10 280 with about 28%b.f I have no problem shedding weight as I know what to eat and how much to eat, but building muscle on top of that is where I get confused. Should I just focus on losing weight and maintain the muscle I already have, and then build up after?? Sorry if thats confusing!! Anyway, I work out 4 times a week and do cardio everyday, plus I work construction, so I am pretty active all day long.
