Exclamation I need some tips

Hey everyone
im 18 yrs old..
i weigh 179
i have been lifting for a couple of years and i can seem to bring up my bench and all around lifting higher.
but i cant seem to get my body toned out.
my abs are worse then anything.
i would very much appericate some help.
i want to cut down to 160-165 with a complete tone and increase in how much i can lift

Well your goals are somewhat opposing. It is possible to lose fat while gaining strength but that generally means both processes will be slowed significantly from optimal. Is one goal more important then another>?

yes one is more important then the other i want to tone more.
ive done it before..i went from 213lbs while benching only 200
i droped to 175 and i repped 245
but yes i really want to tone my whole body..
thank you for the input.
