Default aortic bicuspid valve

So according to my doctor and echocardiogram scans, I have the pair of problems the aortic bicuspid valve, where at the entrance to the heart from the aorta, there are only two cusps instead of the normal three. Also is an enlarging aorta, so a BIG NO NO to heavy weight lifting (then why are you in this forum? i'll bet you're gonna ask).

But my doctor told me that cardio is acceptable.

But what about swimming? yoga? And how can I work the abs without increasing blood pressure like that? Are basic crunches safe?

What about weight bands? the little tube things that you pull on. Are those safe?
