Unhappy I think my right shoulder is injured...

hi guys...i want to talk 2 u about something. i need some advice and explanations for what is going on with my shoulder...recently after doing benchpress and some other excerses i worked hard and pulled heavy weights...and i mean HEAVY...about 150-180 pounds(that was the one where u sit and pull this stick down at u and then release itthing) the bench press weight was about 20-30 KGs. I dont think the bench press caused the problem cause i always lift that much...The problem i have is that when i rotate my right shoulder around like in a circle it starts to crack, like the joint is loose or somthin. Its been happening for more than 2 weeks. When im doing a benchpress and the bar is on my chest, my shoulder cracks and i feel a sharp pain in it. I think iv described it as much as i can. Simply: My right shoulder cracks and it hurts.
I dont think this is muscle growth since it is not happening in my left shoulder and i already have big muscles so i dont think that is the skin rippin apart...its from inside the shoulder....

I will try to see a doctor soon but in the meantime can u guys just give me some information please? thanks alot
