Default I want to get fit by August 1st. Can anyone help me set up a routine?

Hey all,

Please take a second and allow me to go over what I want to accomplish.

Goal:
I want to reduce the amount of fat I have around my abdomen and overall, increase my muscle mass and look pretty well toned. I need to do this before July 31st. I am going to Ibiza and I want to look good.

My situation:
I'm 19, I am 6'4 in height, and I weigh about 180ish depending on the day (range is 175-185). I have a gym in my apartment complex. It has the basic cardio devices (which I ****ing hate doing with a passion. I just can't last that long on those machines). It has a bicep curling machine, it has a chest machine (standard chest press, diagonal, and military. It allows you to change angle). Besides those machines there is a cable machine setup with two sides (has a handlebar and two separate grips for chest and other stuff).

What I need help with:
I need a routine. I need advice on how to structure my diet around fat loss. I'd like to lose fat and gain definition/muscle. My ultimate goal is to have a six-pack, but overall I'll feel great if I didn't have a gut when I bent over or something.

So, with the machinery I have at my gym what would you recommend? And how should I compliment my body in terms of a diet? I have no idea how many calories I should eat or what foods I should avoid/look after.

Overall, I go out a lot to eat; I am rarely at home and eating at the same time.

Thanks, and I really appreciate the help.

Attached are pictures for examples of my body fat.

Well you are looking pretty lean to begin with so getting a 6 pack won't be too too hard for you. With your date in mind you won't really be able to put on much appreciable mass. You could maybe bulk for another month and then start dropping the fat for the last 2 months but it may just be easier to try and slowly drop the fat for the whole 3 months.

BTW, your gym equipment sucks pretty bad. It doesn't sound like you have any sort of leg equipment at all. It just sounds like its one of those POS universal machines. Get to a gym with some decent equip. if at all possible.

Oh ya, and that cardio you hate, you'll probably be doing quite a bit of that if you want to get your bf% down to the single digits.

with that time frame in mind, I think I would focus more on cardio, but still do a fullbody routine 3 times a week.

I think the full body 3 x's a week will help keep what mass you have and along with cardio give you some definition.

I'm not sure I understand this post. At all.

To the OP: I definitely think it's possible, man. You honestly don't have that much to lose in the fat department, so getting some definition and a six pack shouldn't be too difficult. Also: I dig the side tat.
