Default I want to start doing abs along with my pushups...

Last summer I used to just do situps at night, and now I am just doing pushups but I want to do both along with my gym workouts.

Would it be better to do pushups at night/situps in the morning or vice versa? Or does it matter? I dont really want to do both in the morning or both at night.

What do you guys do? Thanks!

Well I really don't do anything like this, but if I were you I would do it in the morning. I don't think it would be a smart idea to workout THEN try and go to bed a few minutes later.

Do you workout? You can do abs anytime but pushups may be another problem if you are training chest already. Don't want you to overtrain the chest.

I would do situps in the morning when you wake up because you're on an empty stomach and it might improve the ROM of the exercise
