I'm back
Cool I'm back

Hey guys,

I used to be active on this forum and others online and haven't taken bodybuilding seriously for a couple years and want to get back into the lifestyle again because I love it. I know what to do but sometimes it's easier to do something when someone else tells you to do it. So, I need a training workout for mass and need some recommendations. Push/pull splits have worked best for me with about 4 training days and 3 off days per week. I'm about 5'10 165 and naturally on the ectomorph side. So I find that compound movements, lots of food, rest and sleep work best for me. Just need the exercises. Thanks guys. And I look forward to getting more involved on this forum and getting to know you all

Jeff

Welcome back! Just stick with compounds and a few isolation exercises for mass.

No problem. As you can tell I don't like sticking to predetermined workout programs. Variety keeps it interesting and keeps the gains comin!
