Default im new here help----help

i was wondering what should i start with the Bill Starr Single Factor Intermediate 5x5 or just go with the Bill Starr's 5x5, animal mass's version well im 6 1 235lbs 23 years old my max in flatbench is 260(5 times no spot scared to go more with no spot)
and my curl is 110 (4times) i think i got a good plan but i havent gained no size in four weeks main aim is to loose the fat while gaining muscle could someone help please

how much do u squat and deadlift?

i just started squating and i work out at home with no spot 135 3 sets of 15 and the dead lift is like 180 just started doing that t0

then u should really do bill starr 5x5. i think mark rippetoe's program is better. just my 2C
