79 lbs for 14 years old... had this been on bb.com, i would have thought this was a random troll post (because they are common out there)... however, since this is bb.net, i know this problem is genuine.....

i'm not very good with supplements, because i dont take any, but i know people who have taken "weight gainers" and whey protein... star with a decent routine... just dont tell me about it, coz i might change mine..! just kidding....

BUT, i advise you to read all the journals and training info...

i think 0311 will mention this, but i'll say it nonetheless, 5 day splits are perfect for beginners.... 12 rep range and thats perfect for begginners... (atleeast thats what he's told me and i trust him)...

another few options would include HST and i think 0311 will also mntion Max OT...

in fact, i think u shud read up his journal on Max OT... it'll help a lot... and inquire about weight-gainer supplements...

i don think i need to mention this, but this is the perfect place for info...

BODYBUILDING.NET is the best..

even though u hav an account on bb.com (if u have one that it), this is the place to be...

dont take pete's advice.... do what u want to do... and don ask me for a routine (seriously)... i'll be tempted to keep giving you routines and not change mine becasue of Eric's and 0311's supervision (thanks guys btw ) and yet make you swtich them on a bi-weekly basis..!

if ur dead serious into this thing rememebr: u need to stcik your neck out to get what u want... so ask people... and dont only rely on them... read stuff... dont know what to read? ask people...!

see, its THAT simple... do ur homework, and we'll help u with the rest

Pete, most of us don't wait until we're 40 to start puberty, most of us start around 12 or so, if not earlier, lol.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I apologize in advance for this, but I can't resist...
Why isn't Peter Steele's girlfriend on the list? (sorry pete)

furthermore...I was under the impression that everyone's eaten paper at some point in their life?

that is a great point kane.....I think we should eliminate paper from the list and as far as pete steele's girlfreind Ive never seen her so I cant really say much about that one. bigbizman paper is ok every once in a while, has tons of fiber in it from what ive heard

Default ARMS and WRIST

THE only thing i really wanna do is bulk up my arms and wrist. I measured, and my biceps are only 7 inches around, my wrist is only 5 inches around, all bone. Finally, the thickest part of my forearm i 6 inches. Thats the thickest, thats wat i am working with.

you cant only workout your arms man lol...eventually you'll be all outta proportion, and its also really important to do squats, and all of the other compact movements if you wanna be big, and especially get big arms

Were you planning on putting all that on your arms?

Listen to Verb, DON'T just work your arms. Whether you want to gain weight or not, if your are going to work out, work your entire body, especially lower.

And I thought you wanted to join the wrestling team. You need a stronger body not just stronger and bigger arms. You do not want strength imbalances. Bigger/sronger arms are going to help very little if your back, legs, or anything else is weak. And your arms will get a lot bigger and stronger much faster if you work your entire body.

I forgot about the wrestling part that he mentioned.....arent you going to want nice strong legs to man, personally ive never wrestled but isnt a large majority of the match on the floor? and you would use your legs to manuver you around
