I got a shoulder ache currently. I'm not sure if it's just a muscle ache or something even more serious.
I was at the gym working out. While doing dumbbell bench press, on my first rep of my first set, I felt pain on inner shoulder. Despite having pain on shoulder, I didn't stop, I continue till I finish my whole shoulder workout. My shoulder workout consist of 4 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell bench press. The inner shoulder that I'm referring to is the area between my chest muscle and shoulder
I wanna know if it's something serious.
