Hey guys thanks for the input. Yea i have been trying to keep my protein intake pretty high. As far as diet, im eating mostly protein and veggies with a few carbs here and there in the mornings.
Pity...i got the injury originally from a car accident in 2001. I have been working with a physical therapist for some time now but i havent had a movement/posture asses. I will have to ask him about it the next time i see him.

Ive definitely been trying to use some bands and just some very light swimming to get some extra activity in my days.

I keep going down on the scale though so im gonna have my body fat tested again since i can get it done for free and see what it looks like.

thanks again guys!
