This has finally put me over the edge, every time i lift upper body my right side get more workout than my left.
i dont understand it at all. why would this happen?
ie: when i do bicep curls, no matter how much or how little, my right arm get way more tight (for lack of a better word) than my left. same with shoulders and chest.
keep in mind, 85% of my upper body workouts are done with dumbells. any input/suggestions?
I am right handed.
